Generalised millisecond magnetar with curvature effect power law and a collapse time

Parameters:

• time – time in seconds

• A_1 – amplitude of curvature effect power law

• alpha_1 – index of curvature effect power law

• l0 – initial luminosity parameter

• tau – spin-down damping timescale

• nn – braking index

• tcol – collapse time in seconds

• kwargs – key word arguments for handling plotting/other functionality

Returns:

luminosity or flux (depending on scaling of l0) as a function of time.
