Villar function for SN light curves

Parameters:
  • time – time array in arbitrary units

  • aa – normalisation on the Villar function, amplotude

  • cc – additive constant, baseline flux

  • t0 – “start” time

  • tau_rise – exponential rise time

  • tau_fall – exponential fall time

  • gamma – plateau duration

  • nu – related to beta and between 0 an 1; nu = -beta/gamma / A

  • kwargs – Additional keyword arguments including output_format and frequency/bands

Returns:

flux in units set by AA
